Complaints channel
Albatross Renewable SpA makes this Complaints Channel available to employees, interns, partners, suppliers, contractors, advisors, clients, communities and any other person who wishes to report, in good faith, conduct that may breach the law, our Code of Ethics and Conduct or our Internal Rules. You do not need to have all the evidence to submit a report.
Our commitments
- Confidentiality: reports and investigations are handled with strict confidentiality, and access is limited to the people who must take part in them.
- Anonymity: reports may be submitted anonymously. For harassment and violence complaints, we recommend identifying yourself so that the legal procedure under Law 21,643 can be carried out.
- No retaliation: any reprisal against people who report, testify or cooperate with an investigation is prohibited and will be sanctioned.
- Impartiality and due process for everyone involved.
- Data protection: personal data is used only to handle the report, in accordance with Chilean law.
Please select the category of your complaint:
